Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, don't hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel, and we will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
We pride ourselves on the quality of Hive & Cob, If, for some reason, our product does not meet your standard, please get in touch with us and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.
